How To Train Your Dragon Video Game Giveaway

How to Train Your Dragon has definitely been one of the biggest box office hits so far this year and the video games from Activision based on the movie are flying off the shelf. The video games allow players to experience the game as “Hiccup” or “Astrid” on the Island of Berk which features places from the movie like the Viking Village, Wild Zone, Training Zone and Flight Arena. The graphics in the game are spectacular and players train their dragons, play mini-games, explore area of the island and battle in tournaments. The game is rated E10+ for fantasy violence, but my 8 year old was so into the dragon training aspect of the game she really didn’t seem phased by the battle aspect. My 13 year old also thought the game was easy enough for the younger kids to enjoy but challenging enough to keep his interest.

This is a really cool prize…thank you so much for offering it! We have a Wii. We liked the movie!

We have a wii.
We didn’t get to see it at the theater. (There are 6 of us so it costs an arm and a leg!) We will definitely see it when it comes out on dvd though. My kids really want to see it.

Hi! We have the XBox 360.

We haven’t seen the movie yet because my son wants to finish reading the book first.

We have a wii. My boys went and saw it and absolutely loved it. Looking forward to seeing it too!

We have a Wii. We haven’t seen the movie yet. I did get some promo tickets to the movie theater when shopping at Kroger so I will be taking our younger 2 boys on either $1 candy or popcorn day(they haven’t decided).

The game looks a-dorable. My older one enjoys making miis so I bet he’d love making a custom dragons. Unlocking features is always a winner.

The whole family went to see the movie. We LOVED it! My oldest daughter even made “Toothless” her screen saver on her laptop. My son is now reading the books and loves them too! He would absolutely love to play the game on our Wii.

I’d love to win this for my nephew. 🙂 They have a Wii, so please enter me for a Wii game!

Just saw it on Sunday with my niece and nephew. It was awesome! The kids were glued to the screen the entire time, and so was I. Very likeable characters, interesting story, a LOT of action, some very cute scenes, and great animation. 🙂 Fairly violent for a family movie, and lots of talk of killing dragons (because they’re Vikings, dontchaknow) though nothing really graphic on-screen? Might be scary for some young children. My 5-year-old nephew was fine.

I’d actually recommend seeing it in the theater, if you can…I think it’d lose a little on DVD unless you have an enormous screen at home. (There’s this one scene in particular I’m thinking of, with flying…)

Thank you for the giveaway!

We saw the movie and loved it. We would need the Wii game. Looks like a lot of fun – thanks!

I LOVED seeing How to Train Your Dragon in IMAX 3D. It was great film. I can’t wait for it to come out on DVD! We have a Wii and would love to win the video game for Wii!!! Thanks for the opportunity!

We have not seen it yet. Here’s the funny thing: my married son has a PS3, my daughter has a WII, and my little guy has an XBOX360. How to choose! I guess I’ll say the PS3 for my son’s birthday, but boy, I’d be thrilled with any! Thanks for the lovely giveaway!

We took our 2 kids (age 10 and 8). We all loved it. We saw it in 3D on an IMAX screen and it was fantastic. The flying scenes were well worth seeing on a big screen!
